1.World Philosophy Day is an international day proclaimed by UNESCO to be celebrated every 3rd Thursday of November.

2.DRDO successfully testfired two indigenously developed nuclear-capable Prithvi-2 missiles from the Interim Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur, Odisha. The test was done as a part of a user trial by the Indian Army.
